Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-12

This Privacy Policy explains how Against Gravity Solutions (“AGS”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit this website (the “Site”) or contact us through it. We are based in Patiala, Punjab, India.

1. What we collect

  • Information you give us. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, the type of enquiry, optionally a product you are interested in, and your message. We receive anything else you choose to include in that message.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit, our hosting and analytics providers process technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, your approximate location (derived from the IP address) and performance measurements such as page-load times. We use this to keep the Site secure and working and to understand how it is used.
  • Browser storage. The Site stores your light/dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage, and a short-lived flag in session storage so the introduction animation is not replayed on every page. These stay on your device and are not used to identify you. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide information about our products and services.
  • To operate, secure, maintain and improve the Site.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations and to protect our rights.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing communications unless you have asked us to.

3. Consent and lawful use

When you submit the contact form you consent to us using the details you provide to respond to you. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see “Your rights” below). We may also process data where the law permits or requires it.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who help us run the Site, and only as needed:

  • Email delivery (Resend) delivers the messages sent through our contact form to us by email.
  • Hosting and analytics (Vercel) hosts the Site and provides privacy-friendly traffic and performance measurement.
  • Content management (Sanity) hosts the content that is displayed on the Site. It does not receive what you type into the contact form.
  • Image delivery. Images on the Site may be served from content-delivery networks (such as Sanity, Cloudinary and Unsplash). Your browser’s IP address is visible to them when it loads an image.

We may also disclose information where required by law, court order or a government authority.

5. Transfers outside India

Some of these providers process data outside India, including in the United States. We choose reputable providers and rely on the safeguards they offer. By sending us a message through the Site you understand that it may be processed in those locations.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our dealings with you, and for any longer period the law requires. After that we delete or anonymise them.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to the inbox that receives contact-form messages. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have the right to obtain information about the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or complete it, to ask us to erase it, to withdraw your consent, and to have your grievances addressed. To exercise any of these rights, or to raise a concern, contact us using the details on our Contact page and tell us what you would like us to do. If you are not satisfied with our response you may have the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Links to other sites

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

12. Contact us
