These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (the “Site”), operated by Against Gravity Solutions (“AGS”, “we”, “us”), based in Patiala, Punjab, India. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site provides information about AGS and its unmanned-systems products and lets you contact us. It is not an online shop: nothing on the Site can be bought, ordered or paid for here, and no contract for the supply of products or services is formed through it.

2. Product information

Descriptions, specifications, performance figures and images are provided for general information and are indicative only. They may change without notice, may depend on configuration, payload and operating conditions, and do not constitute an offer, warranty or commitment. Any supply of products is subject to a separate written agreement with AGS.

3. Regulatory and export notice

Some AGS products and related technical information may be subject to export-control, defence, licensing or other regulatory requirements under Indian and international law. An enquiry made through the Site does not entitle you to receive any product, quotation or technical information, and AGS may decline or restrict any request in order to comply with applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site unlawfully or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system, or to interfere with its operation or security;
  • send spam, malware or misleading or abusive messages through the contact form;
  • scrape, copy or republish the Site’s content at scale without our written permission.

The Site and its content — including text, images, logos, product designs and the AGS name — belong to AGS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it, but you may not copy, modify, distribute or use its content commercially without our prior written permission.

Information you send us through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not include confidential, classified or sensitive information in the contact form.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date on this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
